David Johnson

David started his own business at the age of 21, the same year as marrying Suzanne, and has been in the property industry for over 10 years. David lives in Southborough with this wife Suzanne and their three children Katrina, Marc & Jack, hence the name KMJ Property which they formed in 2008. David has qualified with the NAEA and is a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

Suzanne Johnson

Suzanne, originally trained as a bilingual secretary and worked for a house building company, joined David in his business in 1997 and has also been in the property industry for over 10 years. Like David, Suzanne has lived in the Southborough / Tunbridge Wells area for most of her life. Suzanne has also qualified with the NAEA and is a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

Sarah

Moved back to the area from Sweden over 5 years ago and joined the team in 2008. Sarah works part-time carrying out viewings and liasing with applicants, Sarah has a good knowledge  of local schools and Rusthall Village, where she lives.

Martin Johnson

As the newest member of the team, Martin has joined us to be the local contact in the Paddock Wood area and has been in the property industry for approximately 10 years. Having lived in Paddock Wood and having had family there for

approximately 100 years, he has a good local knowledge. He is able to offer

you all the information you may require on the area.
