Some Agents won't let you view a property until you have booked to see their in house Mortgage Advisor, but this doesn't mean you have to use them. Don't be pressurised into using someone you aren't happy with.

Shop around, speak to independent mortgage brokers they may well have access to a bigger range of mortgages.
